Refund policy

We hope you are happy with our products, but if you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless due to any mistake from us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Cancellations
We normally begin processing orders within 24 hours of placement.  If an adjustment or cancellation to an order is needed, contact us immediately and we may be able to adjust it if not yet processed. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
